  • Standard household dishwasher detergent

  • Dosage per cycle: 20–25 g

  • Typical pH value: 10–11 (strong alkaline)

Water Consumption

  • Total water usage per cycle: 18.9 – 22.7 liters

Cycle Duration

  • Complete washing, rinsing, and drying cycle

  • Approximate time: 55–90 minutes per cycle

Dishwasher Test Cycles and Frequency

The required number of dishwasher cycles varies by market and customer specification:

  • General international requirement: 10–20 cycles

  • China domestic market: commonly 50 cycles

  • Premium brands or private standards: may require additional cycles

All cycles must be completed continuously under the same conditions.

Dishwasher Testing Procedure

Typical verification includes:

  • Filling the cup with hot water

  • Measuring temperature reduction after 6 hours

  • The temperature drop must remain within the specified tolerance range

6. Material Safety and Compliance
