Electrolytic Cleaning Process for Stainless Steel Insulated Bottles
Now you’ve entered the electrolytic cleaning stage — a key process that directly affects the bottle’s hygiene, inner-wall brightness, and overall quality. After vacuum extraction, this step ensures every bottle meets the cleanliness standards expected by global buyers.
Sandblasting to Remove Residues
Workers begin by placing each bottle upside down onto the sandblasting machine’s nozzle.
The machine fires high-pressure micro glass beads into the inner chamber. This instantly removes:
Excess welding residues
Black burn marks left from high-temperature welding
Any fine impurities stuck on the inner wall
This step prepares the interior for uniform and effective electrolytic treatment.
Core Electrolytic Treatment (Approx. 150 Seconds)
After sandblasting, bottles are arranged on the electrolytic workstation. The machine automatically injects the electrolytic solution into each bottle, then applies controlled current.
This 150-second charged soaking is the heart of the process.
During this phase:
The inner wall undergoes chemical polishing
Surface brightness is enhanced
Any remaining microscopic impurities are dissolved
The inner chamber becomes smooth, shiny, and food-contact safe
The final inner surface quality of an insulated bottle depends heavily on this step.
Multi-Stage Rinsing and Drying
Once electrolyzed, each bottle goes through several rounds of rinsing to remove leftover solution and dissolved particles. Residual liquid must be completely eliminated to avoid odor, corrosion, or contamination.
After rinsing, workers place the bottles into industrial dryers. This ensures:
Zero moisture inside the bottle
No remaining electrolytic chemicals
A clean, stable baseline for inspection and polishing
Manual Quality Inspection
Once dried, every bottle is manually inspected. Any unit showing insufficient brightness, visible marks, or uneven cleaning is returned to the electrolytic station for reprocessing. Only qualified bottles move forward.
Ready for Polishing and Powder Coating
Approved bottles proceed to the polishing workshop, where the outer surface undergoes fine mechanical finishing before painting or powder coating is applied.
Follow each step to see how we produce stainless steel insulated bottles from raw materials to finished products.
