Material Preparation for Insulated Bottles
Before any insulated bottle takes shape, we start with the foundation — high-grade stainless steel tubing. Here’s what happens behind the scenes in our factory during the material preparation stage.
Moving the Stainless Steel Coil Into Position
The process begins as our overhead lifting system picks up a one-ton roll of SUS316 stainless steel with ease. The machine can handle up to 5 tons, so moving heavy coils is smooth and safe.
Once lifted, the coil is placed onto the feeding rack, where the rollers guide the sheet steadily into the next stage.
Laser Welding for a Clean, Consistent Tube
As the stainless steel sheet feeds forward, it enters our 3000W laser welding unit. With pre-set molds controlling the dimensions, the machine forms the sheet into a cylindrical shape and welds it in one continuous motion.
Laser welding gives you a finer, cleaner seam compared to traditional welding—important for both appearance and long-term durability.
Right after welding, the tube is cooled with pure water to stabilize the shape and prevent distortion.
Precision Cutting Based on Your Bottle Model
A winch then pulls the welded tube toward our cutting station. Depending on your bottle design, our engineers use CNC positioning to set the exact length required for each model.
The 1000W laser cutter delivers a clean, burr-free cut every time. No rough edges, no secondary finishing needed. After cutting, each tube drops onto a conveyor and moves on to the next part of the production line.
